Welcome to Best Dental Care for your teeth.

Consultation and X-Rays

Dental Consultation and X-Rays help dentists visualize diseases of the teeth and surrounding tissue that cannot be seen with a simple oral exam. In addition, Consultation and X-Rays help the kharghar dentist find and treat dental problems early in their development, which can potentially save you money, unnecessary discomfort, and maybe even your life.

Dental Implant

A dental implant (also known as an endosseous implant or fixture) is a surgical component that interfaces with the bone of the jaw or skull to support a dental prosthesis such as a crown, bridge, denture, facial prosthesis or to act as an orthodontic anchor. The basis for modern dental implants is a biologic process called osseointegration, in which materials such as titanium form an intimate bond to bone. The implant fixture is first placed so that it is likely to osseointegrate, then a dental prosthetic is added. A variable amount of healing time is required for osseointegration before either the dental prosthetic (a tooth, bridge or denture) is attached to the implant or an abutment is placed which will hold a dental prosthetic.

Root Canal Treatment

When you undergo a root canal or other endodontic treatment, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed with a rubber-like material called gutta-percha. First, an opening is made through the back of a front tooth or the crown of a molar or pre-molar. After the diseased pulp is removed (a pulpectomy), the pulp chamber and root canals are cleaned, enlarged and shaped in preparation for being filled. When people are told that they need a root canal treatment, they usually think about pain. However, the pain they feel is caused by an infection in the tooth, not by root canal treatment. ... The root canal procedure itself is painless. A local anesthetic numbs the tooth and the surrounding area.

Orthodontics treatment

Best Orthodontics treatment is a way of straightening or moving teeth, to improve the appearance of the teeth and how they work. It can also help to look after the long-term health of your teeth, gums and jaw joints, by spreading the biting pressure over all your teeth. Orthodontics treatment involves correcting malocclusion, which is the misalignment of a bite or incorrect spacing between teeth. This is usually accomplished through the use of Orthodontic braces or clear aligners such as Invisalign. A dentist usually recommends braces to improve a patient's 'orofacial' appearance. Through orthodontic treatment, problems like crooked or crowded teeth, overbites or underbites, incorrect jaw position and disorders of the jaw joints are corrected. ... And braces aren't just for kids.

Smile Designing

As the name suggests, smile design allows us to work with you to literally design your ideal smile. By looking at every aspect of your mouth, we can combine individual treatments into bespoke menu. This could include straightening misaligned teeth, closing gaps, changing the length or shape of reducing a gummy smile, and whitening your teeth.

Dental Care for Childrens

Dental care for children is always a question of ambiguity for the parents. Dental care for the kids should start before the first tooth appears in the mouth. Gums of the baby should be cleaned with a damp silk or soft cotton cloth wrapped around finger. proper brushing techniques should be taught to them and proper care of the milk teeth should be taken. milk teeth start erupting in the oral cavity from 6 to 9 months of age and starts falling at the age of 6 to 7 years and last tooth falls at the age of 12 to 13 years.
Dental decay or cavities are most common dental issue in most of the kids and it is increasing day by day.

Dental Fillings

If you have never had a cavity, congratulations! If you have had one, you are not alone. About 78% of us have had at least one cavity by the time we reach age 17, according to a 2000 report by the U.S. Surgeon General. Fortunately there's a time-tested treatment for cavities: the dental filling. Fillings do just what the name implies — seal a small hole in your tooth, i.e., a cavity, caused by decay. This prevents the decay (a bacteria-induced infection) from spreading further into your tooth and, if untreated, continuing on to the sensitive inner pulp (nerve) tissue located in the root canal. Should that happen, you would need root canal treatment. There are a variety of materials used to fill teeth these days, but the process of filling a tooth is similar regardless. The first step is a clinical exam of the tooth with x-rays, to determine the extent of the decay. Then the decayed area of the tooth is removed, usually with a handheld instrument such as a dental drill. Of course, your tooth will be anesthetized first, so you won't feel any discomfort. If you normally feel nervous about receiving numbing injections, it's possible that taking an anti-anxiety medication or using nitrous oxide can help you feel more relaxed. After removing the decay, the remaining tooth structure is roughened or “etched” with a mildly acidic solution; then translucent cement is applied to bond the tooth and the filling material together. This technique helps strengthen the tooth and prevents leakage. It is always used for composite (tooth-colored) fillings and often for silver fillings.

Gum surgery

Gum surgery can be an intimidating concept when it is recommended as part of a treatment plan. However, there are many types of gum surgeries and each can accomplish different goals. In the end, surgery improves your teeth, gums, tooth roots, and your overall quality of life. Many times surgery is necessary to help improve the shape and position of the gums so that other dental procedures such as crowns and veneers will look and function better. Certain gum surgeries can also help to cover exposed root surfaces that are sensitive or displeasing to look at.Also, a surgical approach to managing gum disease is often needed to build back lost gum and bone structures and to create a healthy environment that can be easily cleaned with proper home care.

Gum surgery can be used to:

  1. Cover exposed tooth root surfaces
  2. Help with sensitive teeth
  3. Correct areas of gum disease
  4. Improve aesthetics of existing teeth and gums

Teeth whitening and teeth cleaning

A perfect smile is a necessity when trying to make a good impression on people. Stained or yellowed teeth can often put a damper on what would be a charming smile. With all the pollution and staining foods that people consume on a day to day basis, staining and yellowing of the teeth have become a common problem. Food like coffee, tea, red wine and even cola have a staining effect on the teeth. Smokers are especially prone to the yellowing of teeth, as are people who consume any tobacco products. While tooth bleaching has existed for decades, previous bleaching methods were harsh and underdeveloped. They would often cause tooth sensitivity due to corrosion of the enamel and sometimes even lead to other oral or health problems as the chemicals used were not safe. This is why people often have an aversion to getting their teeth whitened and tend to forego the procedure even when recommended by professionals. Fortunately, modern teeth whitening technology, be it bleach or laser, is extremely gentle and only works to remove stains from the teeth. There are a number of different methods that dentists use to whiten teeth. Tooth bleaching is a popular method and involves putting a bleaching gel on the teeth which remove stains.

Crowns bridges fixed

Crowns are a type of dental restoration which, when cemented into place, fully covers the area of a tooth that lies at and above the gum line. In comparison, fillings are dental restorations that fill in or cover over just a portion of a tooth. Since dental crowns encase the entire visible aspect of a tooth, a dental crown, in effect, becomes the tooth’s new outer surface. A bridge, on the other hand, includes several prosthetic teeth in a row that are attached to natural teeth or implants on either side. They are necessary in spaces were several teeth are missing.Crowns and bridges are prosthetics and are not removable like dentures. Both are cemented onto remaining teeth and are created in dental labs using impressions of your mouth taken in the dentist’s office. These devices can last an entire lifetime but do require periodic check ups from your oral health provider and good oral hygiene a home.

Dentures Removable

Dentures are removable tooth prosthetics designed to look and function like natural teeth. For thousands of years, some form of denture has been used to fill in the gaps left by missing teeth, although today’s dentures are much more advanced and easier to care for. Most dentures are composed of replacement teeth attached to plastic bases that take on the appearance of the gums. They are used to compensate for one or more missing teeth and are available as partials and complete sets of teeth. Many dental patients elect dentures for tooth replacement if they are not candidates for dental implants or are otherwise looking for a tooth replacement option that is more affordable and budget-friendly.

Tooth Extraction and Minor Surgery

In a simple tooth extraction a dentist takes hold of the tooth with forceps and rocks it back and forth to loosen it from the bone. Removal of the overlying gum might be necessary if a tooth is not quite through the gum. After a tooth extraction, a blood clot forms where a tooth had once been. Although every effort is made to save a tooth, it is often necessary to recommend extraction. One of the first concerns when discussing tooth extraction is usually the pain associated with the procedure while in the office. To minimize much of the pain and discomfort from this procedure we offer Sedation Dentistry for tooth extraction and other dental procedure at the request of our patients.

Full mouth rehabilitation (FMR)

Full mouth rehabilitation (FMR) in simple words, is a treatment which involves rebuilding or restoring all teeth in upper as well as lower jaws. When more or less all teeth are hampered, lost their function of chewing, phonetics, esthetics etc… we need to restore them back to improve their function, phonetics and esthetics. This treatment generally involves multiple crowns, bridges and or implants, some times associated with gum surgeries or other minor surgeries. Generally, 30 to 45 days are sufficient to complete the treatment. We here at Perfect 32 Advanced Dental Clinic And Implant Centre in full mouth rehabilitation cases very often take intervention from a team of various dental specialists like prosthodontist, endodontist, periodontist, oral surgeon and cosmetic dentist. This treatment not only improve the function and esthetic of the teeth, but also health and the self confidence of the patient.
